Corporate Objective and Structure
American Pain Consultants Inc. is an in-home pain management specialty company, governed by a board of directors, managed by a Chief Operations Officer, and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare Inc. (ACHC). Our objective is to provide the local community with an alternative source for DMEPOS products by utilizing our wholesale distribution base to provide fast and efficient patient services, establish good physician relationships, and maintain accurate record systems. American Pain Consultants uses its resources of a nationwide sales force to bring patients and medical providers the best care possible, and utilizes its’ combined 25 years of experience in the medical industry and growing staff to provide the back office infrastructure of billing, sales support, and customer service in house.

Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm
During these hours, company personnel are available to handle billing inquiries, insurance questions, routine technical as well as emergency calls.
After Hours and Emergencies: All phone lines are manned on a 24 hour basis, seven days a week for emergency service and technical support.
